Over the past few years, Student Affairs has been promoting mental health literacy (greater depth and breadth of understanding) to faculty, staff and students at Queen’s by offering Mental Health First Aid (MHFA). The purpose of MHFA is to teach participants how best to assist someone showing signs of a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. An on-campus session has been organized for February and there are spots available.
