The Human Resources Department is pleased to announce the second offering of the Foundational Leadership Program for supervisors and managers. Customized specifically for Queen’s staff, this comprehensive program provides an opportunity to network with other Queen’s managers while integrating advanced management skill acquisition with leadership development.
The upcoming program has been enhanced and now includes a team project that gives participants the opportunity to contribute to identified priority areas of the university. Teams will be supported by an executive coach as well as a project advisor, and will present their findings at the final session in May 2013.
