Performance ratings are as follows:
Rating Level 1: Needs Improvement to meet Expectations
Rating Level 2: Fully Achieves Expectations
Rating Level 3: Exceeds Expectations
Rating Level 4: Outstanding Achievement
For employees with a rating of 2, 3, or 4, the program is as follows:
