Join us each week for 45 minutes of outdoor activity. The ARC and HR have partnered to bring you certified trainers to lead an 8 week lunch-time series on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:05 to 12:50. The program will be customized and possible activities may include stretching, fitness tips, and walking along a variety of routes around campus and the waterfront. The program is being offered at no cost for Queen's employees and will also include a complimentary pedometer.
Register on the HR web site in the Learning Catalogue. The first session will be an indoor planning session. It will be held Tuesday May 29 at the Stauffer Library seminar room (121) on the first floor starting at noon.
