Since the implementation of HR PeopleSoft, early system access for new employees was not possible and the earliest it could be granted was two days following the employee’s start date.
We are pleased to announce that this issue has been resolved.
The resolution of this issue allows system access to be granted to new employees up to 30 days in advance of their start date. There is no change to how you request system access.
To grant system access, the employee’s appointment must be in HR PeopleSoft. The Client Services Team processes new employee appointments once the completed form is received and the employee has returned their signed back offer letter (if applicable).
