Please see below for instructions on renewing research contracts and how the July 1, 2012 salary increase program will be applied. As the Contract Hire System is available and paper contracts are no longer needed, the process is different from previous years.
To renew a research contract prior to July 1, 2012, renew the contract at the employee's existing rate of pay by the HR submission deadline.
The July 1, 2012 salary increase program will be automatically applied by Human Resources. Human Resources will send a letter to the employee confirming their 2012-2013 rate of pay.
