My Current Profile

In MyHR, an employee can track important information about their career. Employees can track their Qualifications (Licenses and Certifications) and their Education (Degrees).

Printing My Current Profile

Begin by logging into the MyQueensU portal, then follow the steps bellow.

  1. Select the MyHR button.

    If you do not see the MyHR button you can also navigate to the "My Applications" tab.  Scroll down the page to the "PeopleSoft Resources" section.  Select "HR Admin/MyHR".

  2. Click the Main Menu and follow the navigation:
    Self Service > Learning and Development > My Current Profile
     
  3. Click the Print link.
     
  4. A print version will appear in a new window. Right click anywhere on your browser and select the Print… option.


View Degrees

Begin by logging into MyQueensU portal, then follow the steps bellow.

  1. Select the MyHR button.

    If you do not see the MyHR button you can also navigate to the "My Applications" tab.  Scroll down the page to the "PeopleSoft Resources" section.  Select "HR Admin/MyHR".

  2. Click the Main Menu and follow the navigation:
    Self Service > Learning and Development > My Current Profile
     
  3. Click the Education tab on the My Current Person Profile page to view degrees.
     
  4. Click the link of the Degree you wish to view (i.e. Bachelor of Business).
     
  5. From the View Degrees page, click the degree link (i.e. Bachelor of Business) to the content catalog attributes for this degree.

NOTE: Do not use the Comments link. Comments will not be monitored or responded to.


View Licenses and Certificates

Begin by logging into the MyHR portal, then follow the steps below.

  1. Click Main Menu and follow the navigation:
    Self Service > Learning and Development > My Current Profile
     
  2. Licenses and Certifications appear under the Qualifications tab. Click the link of the License you wish to view (i.e. Professional Engineer).
     
  3. From the View Licenses and Certifications page, click the license link (i.e. Professional Engineer) to view the content catalog attributes for this license.
