Training and Security Access

In order to obtain Security Access to certain HR PeopleSoft modules, you may be required to complete HR PeopleSoft Training. To identify if training is required, please review the Role Descriptions. Our Role Descriptions page provides a summary of each role and indicates the training requirements.

This page is intended for Administrative Users of the HR PeopleSoft system.  MyHR users do not require additional security access. Please visit the MyHR Self Service page for help.

Training and Security Checklist

If any of the below steps are not complete, your request will be rejected and must be resubmitted by the requester once all steps have been completed.

  1. Verify roles needed to perform job duties using Role Descriptions.
  2. Complete required HR PeopleSoft Training for the roles identified in step 1.
  3. Sign HR's Electronic Statement of Confidentiality. (Please note other Statements of Confidentiality do NOT apply)
  4. Complete HRMS PeopleSoft Access Request Form.  Forms must be submitted to Human Resources using the submission method indicated on the form
