The Childcare Support Plan provides reimbursement for eligible Queen's faculty and staff with dependent children under the age of seven (7) attending a childcare facility.
Completed "Confirmation of Attendance" forms must be forwarded to Human Resources by the following dates:

|Childcare Benefit Plan – additional information
Historically, the Childcare Benefit Plan covered all eligible General Staff employees in grades 2-14 (non-Research). As a result of the ratification of the USW 2010 collective agreement, the allocation of the fund is under review. The review will be completed prior to the winter 2013 benefit payment.
