The Childcare Support Plan provides reimbursement for eligible Queen's faculty and staff with dependent children under the age of seven (7) attending a childcare facility.
Please review the Childcare Support Plan Additional Information prior to contacting the Childcare Support Benefit Administrator with questions.
Completed "Confirmation of Attendance" forms must be forwarded to Human Resources by the following dates:

| Childcare Benefit Plan – additional information Historically, the Childcare Benefit Plan covered all eligible General Staff employees in grades 2-14 (non-Research). As a result of the ratification of the USW 2010 collective agreement, the allocation of the fund is under review. The review will be completed prior to the winter 2013 benefit payment.
