Positive Space Program Questionnaire

To participate in the Positive Space Program you will be required to attend a 2-hour information session. Attendance at this session does not commit you to participation in the program. If you are interested in an information session, please complete the following questionnaire. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact a member of the Positive Space Committee.

If shared, you will need to discuss this program with your co-occupants and obtain their agreement to refer people who seek information or support through the Positive Space Program.
