Direct Enrolment

For Queen's students who study abroad, enrolling at an international institution and receiving credit on their Queen's transcript upon their return.

To participate in this kind of international study, you must first apply for a "Letter of Permission" from your faculty at Queen's to study at another institution.

Information on Letters of Permission: Arts and Science

Are you an Arts and Science student thinking about taking courses at another university? If you are, then you must apply for a letter of permission from the Faculty of Arts and Science Office before registering with the other university.

Study and Work Abroad Resources

The Queen's University International Centre (QUIC) offers a wide range of services, information, programs, and advising for Queen's students who are interested in, or are already involved with, studying abroad via direct enrollment.

International Studies Certificate

The International Studies program combines language acquisition with cultural and interdisciplinary learning, and includes a study abroad component.

Queen's School of Business, Centre for International Management

Coordinates all international activity in the Queen's School of Business: international study opportunities for both undergraduate and graduate students including exchange programs, international internships and individual study abroad initiatives. The Centre also works with faculty to facilitate research and teaching abroad.
