Library:

Queen's University is pleased to extend temporary library privileges to registered faculty visitors. To obtain borrowing privileges at the Queen's Libraries, please take the following steps:

  • Obtain a letter from the head or a senior administrator of the unit you are visiting. A template can be found here.
  • Take the letter to the circulation desk of the Stauffer Library.
  • Complete a Library Card Application. On the form, indicate "Other" as category. You can do this at the library, or print out a form from the Library's web site.
  • Once you have been issued a library card (usually on the spot) you can use the Queen's library system.

If you require remote online access to journals through the Queen's Libraries, you must obtain a Queen's net ID through the unit you are visiting.
