Congratulations! You have been accepted by the IPO for exchange - now what?

The next stage of the application process requires time, patience and attention to detail. At the IPO, we are here to assist with the application to your host university, offer advice and provide academic guidance while on exchange. It is however, the student's responsibility to take ownership of their application and to meet all deadlines. We offer advising sessions for students during the application process to assist with unfamiliar wording and terminology, as well as providing direction and advice.

When on exchange, students must keep the IPO and the undergraduate chair of their home department informed of any changes or concerns they have regarding their courses.

The key message is that we are here to help and support you, but there are limits to what we can do and in what time period. This is your exchange experience and thus, you are the one responsible (in large part) for making this a reality.
