The Ontario Universities International (OUI) consortium provides Ontario undergraduate students with opportunities to study abroad and earn academic credit. It's summer programs enable students with varying language proficiencies to learn a new language in a country where it is the native tongue.
The OUI has several different summer programs. The following are available to Queen's students in any Faculty:
Kwansei Gakuin University's (KGU) Cross Cultural College (CCC) Summer Program allows Queen's students to collaborate with other Canadian and Japanese students in an interactive learning environment. Selected participants will travel to Japan in August for one of three programs (explained in detail below). Students will earn transferrable credits as a result of successful participation in one of the three programs.
Online Arts and Science exchange applications for the 2017-2018 academic year are now open! Applications can be found on the 'Apply' webpage on the IPO website. Arts and Science students have until Friday, January 13, 2017 at 4:30pm to complete their application and submit it to the IPO.
