The International Programs Office is seeking a passionate Queen's student with an interest in international study to join its team as a Student Assistant for the 2017-2018 academic year. Applicants must have eligibility for the Work-Study program

Primary duty is to provide administrative support to the International Programs Assistant. The candidate will greet walk-in clients at the International Programs Office (IPO) which will include students, faculty, staff, and on occasion international visitors. As the IPO promotes student mobility programs, the candidate will coordinate any requests to present at High Tables in the residences. Additionally, preparation and distribution of promotional materials, both physical and electronic, will be required as will production of content for web and social media platforms. The candidate will assist in the logistical preparation of the following events and programs: Exchange Connect, the Peer Advising Program and the Exchange Fair. Other duties may include file upkeep, creating display boards, generating correspondence as determined by the Programs Assistant.
