Kwansei Gakuin University (http://www.kwansei.ac.jp/english/), located in the small city of Nishinomiya about 10 km west of Osaka, was established in 1889 and is one of the most prestigious private comprehensive universities in Japan.
With about 20,000 students, KGU is of a similar size to Queen's and is one of our longstanding student-exchange partners.
