Experience Cuba this spring with Queen’s Global Development Studies Department.
For four weeks in May, students will learn about Cuban culture, society, and politics with a focus on the Cuban revolution (1959) to the present. In the first two weeks, students will meet in a seminar grouping at Queen’s and follow a structured reading list. The last two weeks will be spent studying at the University of Havana in Cuba and participating in class excursions of the area.
