FluidSurveys is Queen's new on-line survey tool that allows you to quickly and efficiently create your own surveys. It offers complex instrument design, easy deployment via web link, personalized emails, Facebook, Twitter, and mobile devices, and the ability to analyze your data, create reports, and export your results to CSV, PDF, PowerPoint, SPSS and Word.

Obtaining an Account
Faculty, staff, and graduate students (under the supervision of a faculty member) with active Net IDs can apply for an account by filling out the following ITS iTrack form:

Accounts will not be granted without this.
Please check the Research Ethics web site to determine whether your survey requires GREB/REB approval or is exempt.
