ITServices provisions numerous services to the Queen's community. The list below, which underwent a major review and revision process in November 2011, represents different categories of service. If you click on a category, it will expand to show you the services available within that category.


Availability of services depends on your role within the University (i.e. student, faculty, staff or department). If you click on a link within a category, you will be taken to the web page for that service, which will indicate who is eligible to receive it. Alternately, you can click on the "Student", "Faculty", "Staff" or "Department" links in the left navigation menu to find a list of categories and services by role.


The   icon indicates services that have been recently rolled out, services that were previously offered on an ad hoc basis but are now available to the entire Queen's community, or services for which new web pages have been created.
