Previous Description (2012-03-20 12:38:01):

User based recovery of files will be unavailable Wed. March 21 10:00-13:00 while software is upgraded that controls the tape library.

This will affect using the recover command on:
www.queensu.ca
post.queensu.ca
jeff-lab.queensu.ca

This will not affect users of the TSM service.

If a recovery is initiated during this time it will wait until after the software upgrade is completed and the tape library is able to load the requested tape again.
