Title:Identity Manager and BES outage
Description:The Netid Management service was offline this morning from 06:15 to 07:15. User could not change their passwords for their NetID during this time.

Blackberry Enterprise Service was not responding from 02:55 until 07:30. Blackberry users connected over a BES connection to Exchange were not able to receive email on their device during this time.

Both services are now operating normally.
