The Oracle Calendar to Exchange Calendar Migration is now complete. All Calendaring activities should now be performed with Exchange Calendar. The Oracle Calendar service is online but in read-only mode for comparison purposes only.

Oracle Calendar is now shutdown for the weekend to migrate users to the new Exchange Calendar service. On Monday at 8:30 AM access to Oracle will be read-only.

Previous Description (2012-05-11 14:29:17):

Oracle Calendar will be out of service from 5 PM today until Monday, May 14 at 8:30 AM. This planned outage is to perform the migration of individual and resource calendars to the new (Exchange) calendar server.

On Monday, Outlook Calendar will be the UniversityĆ¢s central calendar service. Oracle Calendar will be available in read-only mode until July 1st to allow users to validate their calendar migration or to export Oracle Calendar contacts.
