|Description:||A problem was reported today that attachments sent from Faculty, Staff and Graduate Students, to users on the JES mail system (undergrads) were being received as winmail.dat files. |
This problem only affected students that access email via the web client at http://webmail.queensu.ca
The problem has now been resolved.
Any user on the JES mail system that received a winmail.dat file from a Queen's user, should contact the sender, requesting that the attachment be resent.
