| Description: | System Name: Active Directory Services Affected: All users logging into computers which are joined to the Active Directory (AD) Details: A new security policy for AD will be implemented that will entail the following: •Workstations sitting idle for 20 minutes will automatically have their screens locked (idle timeout) •Users will be required to type in their NetID and password to unlock the screen Date of Implementation: Tuesday, January 29th, 2013 at 12:00 noon. |
