| Description: | *Update* The eservices.queensu.ca and webapp.queensu.ca issues have been resolved. -------------------------------------------------------------- Previous Description (2013-02-20 15:08:58): *Update* A backup power system caused an issue with some of the network equipment in the primary datacenter. This caused some of the systems that provide DNS/DHCP, as well as Esevices.queensu.ca application to be unavailable. IT Services staff has resolved the DNS/DHCP issues. They continue to work on the eservices.queensu.ca issue. -------------------------------------------------------------- Previous Description (2013-02-20 14:06:26): We are experiencing issues with Network Connectivity. ITServices is investigating the issue and will update as information becomes available. |
