Title:	Intermittent Access to QWA within KGH and Hotel Dieu Update
Description:	Update ITServices is investigating a report that QWA access from with KGH is unstable again this morning. Users report that they are able to connect and then the connection will terminate within a few seconds to a few minutes. -------------------------------------------------------------- Previous Description (2013-03-05 16:04:30): Update Stable access to QWA from the KGH network has been restored. -------------------------------------------------------------- Previous Description (2013-03-05 13:40:55): Connections to QWA from with the hospital has been unreliable. Users will tend to get connected and then the connection will terminate within a few seconds to a few minutes. Queen's and KGH technical support are currently investigating the problem.
