Title:Known Email Routing Problems *Update*

Mail sending issues occurred on Monday, March 26th between the hours of 5pm and 11:10pm.

The outage caused all email sent from email addresses to an on campus email address to bounce. Each sender of a bounced email should have received a notification indicating that the email they attempted to send had failed.

ITServices apologizes for the inconvenience and is working to ensure email interruptions are minimized.


Previous Description (2013-03-26 07:50:11):

Queen's experiences some email delivery problems overnight due to a hardware misconfiguration. The problem has been addressed and service should be returned.
