Title:NetID Profile Manager and Other Services Unavailable *Update*

The NetID profile management is available again. Other impacted services should also be available again.


Previous Description (2013-08-12 17:33:42):

The NetID profile manager (IDM) is currently unavailable. ITServices and PeopleSoft administrators are working on the issue.

During this outage, users will be unable to:
- Activate a NetID
- Change a password
- Reset a password
- Update security questions

As well, some users may not be able to access other services that require NetID authentication.
