Title:Reduced Internet capacity Sept 18 2:00PM *Update*

ITServices has identified that a the reduced Internet capacity is due to an Apple operating system update that has just been released.

The wireless network is currently under a heavy load due to the number of Apple devices performing iOS updates at this time.

ITServices will continue to monitor network performance.

ITServices monitoring systems have identified high inbound network utilization.

Steps are underway to determine the source of the traffic and to limit the impact to the network.
