Title:TSM Backup Errors - files are not backing up *Update*

**TSM backups have resumed**
A key file was missing on the TSM server after the upgrade. We were able to restore it and the server is able to accept backups again.

Previous Description (2013-10-07 08:41:32):

TSM backups are currently failing with the following error message being reported.

ANS0352E The operation is not permitted due to server licenses values.

ITS is currently investigating the cause and will update this notification when the problem is resolved.
