Submit Request for Manual Registration for Residence Network and Network changes for Online Gaming

Registration Request Information

We will need the following information in order to register your router:

1. MAC address (12 digit hexadecimal string) of the WAN (Internet) port on your router.
2. The username portion of your NetID. Do NOT send your password.
3. At least one device (PC, MAC) already registered, so that we may place your router on the correct network segment.

*Note: A MAC address looks like the example below:

(e.g. 01-23-45-67-89-ab or 01:23:45:67:89:ab)

*NOTE: The MAC address can generally be found on the device, but we ask that you confirm its accuracy through your router’s management web pages. We require the MAC address of the WAN (Internet port) interface. This is also called the Physical Address, Hardware address or Ethernet ID. Please contact the vendor of the device if you can not find the device's address.







Click the SUBMIT button to send your Request. There is no need to reply to this email. You will receive an email confirmation if your Request is successfully registered. Please contact the ITServices Support Centre if you experience problems using this form.
Be sure to click the submit button only once. A separate Issue will be entered each time the button is clicked.
