Queen's Campus Computer has partnered with FixMyPod to help facilitate the repair of mobile devices for the Queen's Community by offering an on campus drop off and pick up location for our customers.
FixMyPod is a Kingston, Ontario based business offering quality repair & unlocking services for your Apple iPhone, iPod, and iPad, and are also experts in BlackBerry and Android powered Cell Phones and Tablets.
We are based in Kingston, Ontario, Canada, and we have years of experience in dealing with mobile phones and handheld electronics. We strive to offer competitive prices to our customers and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. Our expert technicians have many years experience repairing electronics and we use only genuine OEM parts for our repairs. FixMyPod also offers a warranty that guarantees any services provided or replacement parts installed by our service technicians for 90 days.
All repairs and billing are handled by FixMyPod. The Computer Store will only be serving as the depot.
Getting Started
Eligibility:
- The drop off service is available to Queen's Staff, Faculty, Students and Alumni.
Cost:
- There is a minimum look at fee of $10 (plus tax) ... payable only if a repair is decided against by the customer.
- If the device is water-damaged the diagnostic fee is $25 (plus tax) ... payable only if a repair is decided against by the customer or it is irreparable.
- All other pricing and repair information can be viewed at www.fixmypod.ca.
- Priority service is available on selected repairs at a cost of $35 (plus tax).
- Payments are made directly to FixMyPod via online invoice.
- Pick-up/drop-off of devices being serviced occurs every weekday morning; the estimated turn-around time is 1-3 business days.
