Queen's University offers a 6 month, interest free, payment plan to its students.
Eligibility

- you must have a valid MasterCard, Visa or American Express credit card
For all staff or faculty members, we recommend the payroll deduction program.
Additional Information
Queen’s University offers all incoming Queen’s students a 6 month payment plan for their technology needs. The new 6 month plan has no interest charges applied to it, and is available during the months of July, August and September.
A typical computer sale would look like this…
The monthly cost of $1,000 of equipment would be calculated by:
- $1000 + tax = $1130 + Administration Fee of $25 (no tax)
- Total of $1155 divided by 6 months = $192.50 per month
Accessories such as printers, scanners, warranty or software can also be included with your computer system.
The monthly payments are made via credit card. Since the computer system is the responsibility of the student, we strongly recommend that the student provide insurance coverage for the computer equipment. This can usually be accomplished through homeowner’s insurance.
