Queen's People Search (Online Directory)

 

Queen's has an Online Telephone and Email Directory that is included in many Queen's websites.

 

Note: The telephone and email directory information may not be used for mass mailing or uninvited solicitations. For more information, read the Mass Email Communication Policy.

Faculty and Staff

Faculty and staff members with email and/or telephone service are automatically listed in this directory.

 

Update your email address listing:

• Changes can be made using the Email Directory Correction Form

 

Update your telephone listing:

• Contact your ITAdmin Rep (Telecom).

 

Update your departmental listing:

• Contact Human Resources to make sure your current appointment is correct.

Students

By default, student email addresses are not published in this directory unless the student has given permission for publication. The directory does not contain student telephone numbers. Only students registered in current courses may be listed. All students are unlisted over the summer.

Publish your email address in the Online Directory:

• Change your Publishing Option Settings online (available after January 26, 2013).

 

Update your email address listing:

• Changes can be made through SOLUS.
