NotifyLink

Our new email and calendaring service does not require NotifyLink in order to synchronize your BlackBerry with your Queen's email and calendar. As of May 14, 2012, NotifyLink is not longer in use at Queen's.

Once your email account has been migrated to the new service, you will require a BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Server) account on the new Exchange server. This will let you synchronize your new Exchange Queen's email and calendar with your BlackBerry without the use of any additional software. You can request an account on the BES server by filling out the form found here: https://www.queensu.ca/itrack/ITS/bes.php. Make sure to include your NetID with the request. An activation email will be sent to you within one business day following receipt of the form, along with instructions on how to configure your BlackBerry.

NotifyLink users received a targeted communication on May 7 on how to switch from NotifyLink and get on the BES.

NotifyLink is a software package that has been licensed by Queen's University through ITServices to allow faculty and staff to use their BlackBerry with their Queen's email and Oracle Calendar.
