Configure Your Notifylink Account
When your NotifyLink account is created it has a default password assigned to it. You will receive this default password via email. ITServices recommends that you change your password immediately.
- Log in to the NotifyLink web client https://notifylink.queensu.ca/client
- Enter your Netid@Queensu.ca email address
- Enter the password your were sent when your NotifyLink account was created
- Click the Submit button

- The NotifyLink Configuration Screen will open
- Click the Accounts button

- The Email Account Information screen will open
- Scroll down to the Client Web Login Information Section.
- Enter your new password.
- Re-enter your new password to confirm it.
- Note: There is a Client -> Mailbox button. If you click this button it will reset your email password to your client password.
- Click the ApplyChanges button.
- When finished making changes, click the Logout button.
