NotifyLink Web Client Configuration
To configure NotifyLink on the server to check your mail and calendaring, you need to take the following steps.
- Go to the web address
http://notifylink.queensu.ca/client/
- Log in using your NetID followed by @queensu.ca
- enter the password you were sent through email
- The NotifyLink Configuration screen will open
- Click on the
Accounts button
- The Email Account Information screen will open.
- This is where you enter your username and password for connecting to your email, Oracle Calendar, and change the password for the web client.
- Enter your Display Name: This is your choice. You can have it display as a nickname, your full name, your first name only ... however you like.
- Enter your Mailbox Name: This is your NetID
- Enter your Mailbox Password and confirm it.
- Enter your Calendar Username: This is the username you use with Oracle Calendar.
- Enter your Calendar Password and confirm it.
- Enter your Contact Username:
- Enter your Contact Password: and confirm it.
- Enter your Task Username:
- Enter your Task Password: and confirm it.
- This is your Client Username. This is what you used to log in. If you have already changed the default password your can skip this section. If you have not changed the default password then do so now. Re-enter it to confirm it.
- When you have finished click the
Apply Changes button.
- Click the
Logout button to close the Web Client.
