Updating Your Notifylink Netid Password

To Change Your Stored Password

  1. Login to: http://notifylink.queensu.ca/client/clientlogin.php using your full Queen's email address (including @queensu.ca). This email address may take the form of NetID@queensu.ca or your.name@queensu.ca, depending on which you provided to ITServices when you requested your NotifyLink account.
  2. Once logged in, click on Accounts.
  3. Scroll down to Client Web Login Information.
  4. Type in your new password/passphrase in the Client Password box and the Confirm Password box.
  5. Click on the Client -> Mailbox button.
  6. Click Apply Changes.
  7. Click Logout.

Your mobile device will now continue to receive email.
