Getting Started

Who Can Have It?

  • Alumni of Queen's University

Are There Any Costs?

  • The basic service is centrally funded.

How Do I Get It?

How Do I Discontinue It?

  • In order to keep your Office 365 account active, you must access your account at least once a year. If you no longer wish to use the service, it will automatically be removed after one year of inactivity. However, if you do want to keep your account, you must remember to log in once a year. This means that if you are only using your Queen's email account to forward mail to another address, then you will still need to log in once a year to avoid losing your service.
