Queen's Global Address List (GAL)
The Global Address List (GAL) contains the names and email addresses of everyone with an active Queen's email account. It is visible to those using an email client (e.g. Microsoft Office 2010 or 2011) to access their Queen's email, as well as to those accessing Queen's email using the Outlook Web App (OWA).
The names and email addresses published in the GAL are not publicly available - they are visible only to the members of the Queen's community in order to facilitate email and calendar communications across the University.
Note:
- Currently the GAL displays only the names and address of current Queen's staff and faculty.
- Student information will become available in the GAL over the weekend of January 26, 2013, as a result of the migration of undergraduate students to the new Office 365 email and calendaring system.
