View Meeting RSVP's in OWA


This tutorial shows you how to determine who will be attending meetings you have organized in Queen's Outlook Web App

 


 

 

You can only view the RSVP's if you are the one who organized the meeting! Invitees can see who else were also invited, but they cannot see the RSVP's.

 

 

Scheduling Assistant

 

When creating a meeting, click on the top tab to switch to Scheduling Assistant view.

  1. Scheduling Assistant toggle
  2. Invited attendees and selected rooms
  3. Current selection for meeting time – can be changed by clicking and dragging
  4. Combined availability of all attendees
  5. Add another attendee (or resource) from this box
  6. Use the scroll bar and arrows to step through days
  7. Availability legend, explaining the colours in Scheduling Assistant

  8. use the scheduling assistant view to see attendees availability

NOTE: Make sure you don't accidentally change any details of the meeting - or you'll have to send everyone updates!
