Some employees of KGH have Queen's email accounts. These users will have their Queen's email migrated to the new Queen's Exchange server according to the same process being used for other Queen's staff and faculty accounts.
Once migrated, KGH employees who have a network connection will be able to access their new email accounts by using the web interface called Outlook Web App (http://qwa.queensu.ca). However, because of certain restrictions in place at KGH, other access options (such as using Microsoft Outlook) are not available at this time. If this situation changes, we will let you know.
KGH is running its own Microsoft Exchange server to provide centralized email and calendar service to KGH employees. There are no plans at this time to integrate the Queen's Exchange server with the KGH Exchange server, which means that they will not share an integrated calendar service. Only KGH employees who have a Queen's email account will have access to the centralized Queen's calendar service.
