LDAP stands for Lightweight Directory Access Protocol. It is used to look up email addresses from an online source. In this instance the Queen's LDAP server. Everyone at Queen's will be listed in the Queen's LDAP Directory
unless they have set their privacy settings not to list their email address in the Queen's directory.
Follow the instruction below to configure Outlook 2010 to use the Queen's LDAP directory.
Once you have restarted Outlook you will be able to use the LDAP directory service to look up email addresses for people at Queen's University.
