Self-Service Video Capturing
Do you need to convert a VHS cassette to a digital format? We have equipment to allow you to do this and more.
Want to remove the self-service part of the equation? AV Services' Video Duplication and Standards Conversion can help.
VHS to DVD
- If you need to convert an NTSC VHS cassette (meaning, a cassette from North America) to DVD, you can do this in the ETC.
- If you need to convert a PAL or SECAM VHS cassette (meaning, a cassette not from North America) to DVD, you can do this in the Podcasting Studio. The Podcasting Studio is available by reservation only.
Converting to a format compatible with the Queen's Streaming Service
- If you need to convert a VHS (NTSC, PAL or SECAM) cassette, DVD, Blu-Ray disc, DV cassette, HDV cassette, Hi8 cassette, Digital8 cassette or audio cassette to a digital format compatible with the Queen's Streaming Service, you can do this in the Podcasting Studio. The Podcasting Studio is available by reservation only.
