Can't Log In?

Here are a few common issues that can prevent you from being able to log in and their solutions.

Password Changed, but still cannot access email

It can take up to 30 minutes for your new password to work in Office 365. Please try again once 30 minutes have passed since you changed your password. 

Password Is Expired and Account is now Locked

Sign into the NetID Profile Manager with your existing password to unlock your account, allowing you to create a new password. Please note that it can take up to 30 minutes for your new password to work in Office 365. 

Forgotten Password

If you've already set an alternate email address or created security questions, you can use the self-service password reset. If not, please contact the IT Support Centre.

Username is Wrong

The service you are logging into should give an example of the username requested. Sign into Office 365 with your NetID@queensu.ca ( not your.name@queensu.ca) and password. Other services typically require NetID only for username.
