Edit List Configuration

  1. Open your browser and go to: and login.  This will take you to the List Management Dashboard.
  2. From the List Management Dashboard, select the name of the mailing list you wish to work with. This will take you to the dashboard for that mailing list.
  3. To edit your list headers, click on the List Management tab on the top left banner and select List Configuration ---> Manual List Configuration. This will bring up a window in which you can edit your List Headers, including, adding your new List Owner email address or other List Owner email addresses.
  4. You can select the List Configuration Wizard to perform single tasks for you, or view all tasks under List Configuration Tasks or view an Alphabetic Keyword List of all tasks.

Clicking on the question mark icon at any time will provide you with context sensitive help. In "Tutorial Mode" this help is always available.

Please note that there are many task options to explore, and some of these options are platform dependent and thus not available at Queen's. Before performing a task that you have never used before, or are not familiar with, it is important that you understand exactly what what you are doing by taking the time to carefully read about the task in the List Owners Manual [PDF].
