Queen's Mailing List Services
ITServices licenses, maintains, and operates Lsoft's Listserv Mailing List Management server for Queen's faculties, departments, and offices who wish to create and manage their own Mailing List e-mail accounts for the purpose of communication.
Getting Started
Eligibility:
-
Creating and managing Mailing Lists is restricted to Queen's faculty and continuing staff members
Cost:
- There is no cost for this service.
- Review the policy for creating Mailing Lists and the Customer Service and Support Agreement.
- Create, populate, login and manage your Class Mailing Lists for your courses
- Create, login and manage Discussion Mailing Lists for department, committee or research group communication
- Set or Register a Password
- View Support Documentation, including FAQs, Manuals and Tutorials

Support is provided to List Owners by the IT Support Centre.
