PowerApps

PowerApps is a Microsoft tool designed for the Office 365 suite of software. It allows its users to create custom apps that connect their data and work across the web and mobile. PowerApps simplifies the process of building an app without requiring the knowledge of app development or custom coding.

Getting Started

Who Can Have It?

  • PowerApps is part of the Office 365 suite of web-based (cloud) services available to all current students, staff and faculty of Queen's University with an active Queen's NetID@queensu.ca email account
  • Alumni and retired staff and faculty are not eligible for PowerApps

Are There Any Costs?

  • PowerApps is part of Office 365 service and provided at no cost to eligible users
  • Users are responsible for any personal ISP/cellular arising data charges

How Do I Get It?

How Do I Delete an App?

WARNING: When you delete an app, you are permanently deleting the app for everyone.
This action will permanently delete this app not only from your account but also from the accounts of all users with whom this app was shared. If you would like to delete an app, please see Delete an app from PowerApps

What if I Leave Queen's?

  • Please see the Office 365 section of the Service Termination Dates page for details on when service will be discontinued following departure from Queen's
