Schedule a Skype Meeting

  1. Open Outlook Calendar
    • On the Home tab select New Skype Meeting

  2. The Untitled - Meeting screen will open
    • In the To: field enter the names of the people to invite to the Skype for Business meeting.  You can use the Scheduling Assistant if you need to add people who are required to attend the meeting.
    • Complete the Subject line
    • There is no location since this is a Skype for Business meeting.
    • Set the date and time for the meeting
    • The body of the email will be populated with the details of the meeting and a link to Join Skype Meeting
    • Click the Send button
