Microsoft To-Do (Preview)

Microsoft To-Do is a simple and intelligent to-do list that helps you manage, prioritize, and complete the most important things you need to achieve every day.

To-Do access anywhere views

With Microsoft To-Do, you can:

  • Plan and Manage your day with My Day
  • Focus on what's most important with To-Do's intelligent Suggestions
  • Keep track of your to-dos with reminders, due dates, and notes
  • Access from anywhere - sync across iPhone, Android, Windows 10, the web, and Outlook Tasks
  • Take your Outlook Tasks (from the desktop) on the go with To-Do mobile apps
  • Import lists and to-dos from Wunderlist & Todoist

Getting Started

Who Can Have It?

  • To-Do is part of the Office 365 suite of web-based (cloud) services available to all current students, staff and faculty of Queen's University with an active Queen's NetID@queensu.ca Exchange Online email account 
  • Alumni and retired staff and faculty, along with on-premise exchange users are not eligible for this service.

Are There Any Costs?

  • To-Do is part of Office 365 service and provided at no cost to eligible users
  • Users are responsible for any personal ISP/cellular arising data charges

How Do I Get It?

  • To-Do tile is expected to be available in the Office 365 app launcher later this year
  • To-Do can be accessed on the web at: https://to-do.microsoft.com
  • To-Dos can be accessed through Outlook Tasks 
  • To-Do can also be accessed from anywhere using mobile apps

What if I Leave Queen's?

  • Please see the Office 365 section of the Service Termination Dates page for details on when service will be discontinued following departure from Queen's

Preview Terms

  • To-Do is currently in a preview and expected to become generally available by the end of November 2017, until then the use of To-Do is subject to separate preview terms.

Supported Browsers

  • To-Do is designed to work with the current or immediately previous versions of Internet Explorer or Firefox, or the latest version of Chrome or Safari. For more information, see Office 365 system requirements
